Our logistics partner for several years is <strong>NTEX<\/strong>. Please read the text below carefully so that you are well-prepared.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fde26dc elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fde26dc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3><strong>Confirm Your Delivery Details<\/strong><\/h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p>You will be contacted by <strong>NTEX<\/strong>, our logistics partner, within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of shipment booking to schedule the delivery date.<\/p><\/li><li><p>NTEX may refer to the shipment as coming from <strong>Point 65<\/strong>, KAYAKOMAT\u2019s parent company.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Delivery occurs <strong>Monday\u2013Friday, usually in the morning<\/strong>, but <strong>exact times cannot be guaranteed<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>If you are unable to receive the delivery on the agreed date, <strong>you must contact NTEX directly<\/strong> to reschedule:<br \/>\ud83d\udcde NTEX switchboard: <strong>+46 31 727 85 00<\/strong> (Support available in Swedish, English, German, and French).<br \/>Have your <strong>order number<\/strong> ready (found on your order confirmation).\u00a0<br \/><strong>Note!<\/strong> If you can&#8217;t reach Ntex, please call Kayakomat support: 0046 10 2650 670.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-pm-slice=\"1 5 []\"><strong>Preparing the Site<\/strong><\/h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p><strong>Verify the exact assigned location<\/strong> to ensure the KAYAKOMAT can stand <strong>flat and stable<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>The site should be <strong>clear<\/strong> of obstructions and traffic.<\/p><\/li><li><p>If necessary, prepare with <strong>cement blocks<\/strong>, but no casting or fixed installations should be required.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Plan how the delivery truck (up to <strong>30 meters long<\/strong>) can access the site.<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p>If roads are too narrow or have tight turns, <strong>a smaller truck may be required<\/strong>, incurring a \u20ac350 fee. Notify us in advance.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Alternatively, you can <strong>unload at another location<\/strong> and transport the station with a trailer.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h2><strong>Packing details<\/strong><\/h2><p>The station is pallet-packed.<\/p><p>The total package weight ranges between 700\u2013900 kg.<\/p><p>Hiring a forklift\u00a0 for easier unloading could be useful but it might not be realistic. A team of 2\u20134 people can manually unload the station.<\/p><p>Most racks-models are packed in a wooden crate. The driver will not assist with unloading. <strong>Extra waiting time may incur additional charges<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Offer the driver a cup of coffee and a bun\u2014it might make the process smoother! \ud83d\ude09<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Unloading &amp; Handling<\/strong><\/h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li><p>Check the <strong>packing list<\/strong> immediately to ensure all items are present.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Inspect for <strong>any visible damages<\/strong> and document them <strong>with photos<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li><p>If unloading manually, <strong>open the crate and remove pieces individually<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li>Start assembling your station.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><br \/>Important: Damage Reporting<\/strong><\/p><p>To ensure we can replace any damaged equipment, you\u00a0<strong>must inspect and report any damages within 24 hours of delivery<\/strong>.
