recyclable SUPs and kayaks
The SUPs and kayaks used by KAYAKOMAT come from Point 65 Sweden, the leading Scandinavian paddlesports brand that also owns KAYAKOMAT.
The SUPs and kayaks are made of recyclable polyethylene (PE). Each SUP and kayak is partly made from recycled PE. The manufacturing process is also energy-efficient and clean. It generates no toxins or other pollution.
Recyclable polythene is a type of polythene that can be recycled and used again to make new products. This means that the equipment can be recycled at the end of its life, instead of ending up in landfill.
During the manufacturing process, Point 65 Sweden uses recycled waste material, including material from the cut-out cockpits and hatches of the kayaks and SUPs. By using recycled materials, the company is reducing its carbon footprint and helping to reduce the amount of waste going to landfill.
