We do this by applying a consistent graphic profile, consisting of common elements such as fonts, images and design language. We also strive to communicate our vision clearly.

Always use our signature fonts. We use Bison for headlines and PT Sans in body text. When you want to create your own material for, for example, an event you’re organising or a social media post you’re putting extra effort into, use the brand’s icons too!

We at KAYAKOMAT have created a comprehensive image and video bank for our operators. This bank is available for you to use in your marketing and to create engagement on social media platforms.
We have put a lot of effort into creating high-quality and professional images and videos that highlight both KAYAKOMAT’s equipment and your business.
We have also included guidelines for the use of the image and video bank to ensure that our brand is maintained in a consistent way. Don’t hesitate to use these tools to take your marketing to the next level.
Finally, it is crucial that the images you use only show KAYAKOMAT’s kayaks and SUP boards, rather than those of competing companies. This ensures that you are promoting your company correctly and avoids confusion or misunderstanding.
Safety first, always! Nwhen photographing your or someone else’s epic paddling adventures, make sure everyone you capture in the shot is wearing their life jacket. Not only because it’s important to showcase responsible behaviour on the water, but also because it really does save lives.

the operators' association
The KAYAKOMAT Operators’ Association plays a crucial role in shaping and strengthening the relationship between KAYAKOMAT and its operators. The Association, which consists of three operators in each country elected by their peers, has as its primary purpose to engage with and influence the CMF. Through this work, the association ensures that the fund’s resources are used efficiently and in line with operators’ needs and wishes.
The association also acts as an important sounding board between KAYAKOMAT and its operators, representing the interests of the operators and working to strengthen communication and understanding between the parties. This contributes to a more coherent and consistent approach within the network.
In addition, the association is responsible for representing the operators in the exchange of ideas and for bringing forward key issues. This can include anything from operational challenges to strategic initiatives, ensuring that operators’ voices are heard and taken into account in the decision-making process.
Through its work and engagement, the KAYAKOMAT Operators’ Association contributes significantly to promoting successful and harmonious co-operation within the network, which is crucial for both the success of individual operators and the brand strength of KAYAKOMAT as a whole.
Fund for Marketing
As part of our operator network, you contribute 4% of your turnover to our central marketing fund. This fund is an important part of our strategy to strengthen the KAYAKOMAT brand and increase its visibility on a national level.
What does this mean for you as an operator?
Increased visibility: The Fund creates national marketing campaigns that target a wide audience, including local and specific audiences. This leads to increased awareness of KAYAKOMAT and attracts new customers.
Coordinated Efforts: By pooling resources, we can implement powerful and effective marketing strategies that benefit everyone in the network.

Using someone else’s images illegally can lead to legal consequences. Stock agencies automatically monitor how their images are used, and unauthorised use results in fines.
You can use your own or other people’s images to which you have rights for marketing and communication purposes. FIn addition to ensuring that you have the rights to the images, it is also important to comply with GDPR rules when it comes to publishing images and videos that include people.
This means that you can only post such material when you have obtained the authorisation of the people appearing in the images or videos.
