Usually no problem to re-book

If you have a customer who calls or emails in and wants to rebook their booking, it is usually no problem.

As long as there is a kayak/SUP available on the day and time the customer wants to rebook. This is also an option to use if a customer calls and wants to cancel due to e.g. illness, unsafe weather or similar. In that case, we recommend that you always offer to rebook in the first place.

How to re-book a reservation:

  1. Log in to your Admin page
  2. Find the customer’s booking in “bookings” and click on the booking number to enter the booking.
  3. In the menu at the top there is a button called “change start time“, click on it.
  4. A calendar will appear, select the correct date and time. When you click on the start time, the booking will automatically adjust to the same number of hours as the original booking was made. In other words, it is not possible to change the length of the booking.
  5. Click on OK.
  6. To see the change, you may need to reload the page.
